Residential Retreats

Residential retreats provide exclusive use of the estate for multi-day programmes. The house, barns and grounds are yours for the duration of your stay. These retreats are often used by leadership teams, corporate groups and specialist practitioners seeking exclusive use of a private estate.

How the Estate Can Be Used

Working sessions can take place in the Dutch Barn or Saw Mill, or within the principal rooms of the Manor House. The drawing room, dining room and library are regularly used for senior discussions and smaller group sessions. You are able to choose the setting that best suits the scale and tone of your work.

For larger groups, dining can take place in the Saw Mill or the Dutch Barn.

Residential accommodation is integrated across the Manor House and adjoining estate buildings, so the working day and the evening can remain connected if that is part of the programme. Alternatively, you can use the change of scenery and pace to recharge.

The flexibility of the spaces will allow you to create a bespoke layout that suits your programme. We are very happy to talk through all the various options when you enquire. This is not a ‘one-size fits all’ situation.

Working Spaces

The barns offer scale, height and flexibility for larger groups and practical sessions. Layouts can be configured to suit workshop formats, training intensives or collaborative projects.

For smaller or more formal discussions, the principal rooms of the Manor House provide proportion, privacy and architectural presence.

This is not hired conference space: no bland corporate walls. The rooms retain their original character and style while functioning effectively for professional use.

Residential Accommodation

Accommodation is integrated across the Manor House and adjoining estate buildings.

Bedrooms are individually designed and decorated rather than being hotel-standardised, although the fittings are of hotel quality. Groups remain on site, allowing the programme to continue through shared meals and evening discussion.

Expectations are often exceeded because the setting is residential rather than commercial.

Location

The estate looks towards the Malvern Hills and is set within enclosed grounds.

The landscape provides scale and perspective. Between sessions, groups can step outside and enjoy exploring seven acres of gardens without leaving the estate. The setting is rural but accessible, offering separation without isolation.
